- If you are using a non-UK debit/credit card account you must ensure that you are converting payment to UK GBP and not using an alternative currency.
- Special characters like commas, semi-colons, brackets and slashes. If there are any of these in the billing address this will cause the payment to fail.
- Check that your card details; name, telephone number, and billing address entered on payment portal are exactly the same as details held by the card issuer where the card is registered. If there are discrepancies the payment will fail.
