You will need to sign into your chosen self service portal. Students still on register should sign in via CamSIS Self Service using their Raven credentials, alumni via the Extended Self Service (ESS) portal.
Once signed into your account navigate to the transcript area within the 'Academic' tile. From here you will be prompted to request any available updates.
From point of request you should allow up to five working days for your transcript to be published. When published you will receive email confirmation via Parchment Digitary Services letting you know.
If you do not see any prompt within your chosen self-service account and believe your official transcript should be subject to an update please submit a request ensuring you include full details.
