The free paper copies issued are circulated to respective colleges who, in turn, arrange onward distribution to their students.
Students eligible are those who graduated with a qualifying Undergraduate Bachelors, Postgraduate Masters, or Postgraduate Doctorate.
n.b. Bachelor of Surgery (B.Chir.) - Students are entitled to receive their official transcript only when the Bachelor of Medicine (M.B.) has been conferred at congregation (either in person or absence) or following award in accordance with the rules and regulations for the Medicine and Surgery Degrees one calendar year after award of the B.Chir.
We do not issue a free transcript for the awarding of the Cambridge M.A., Higher Degrees or those awarded by retrospective redesignation (e.g. Part III Mathematics CASM to MAST)’.
If you believe you are eligible and have not yet received your transcript please contact your College (Tutorial Office) in the first instance.
The University does not accept responsibility for documents dispatched by Colleges that have been lost in transit.
