If registering as a new user and you cannot access any form of 2FA application and require further support with this please submit a request with your details, ensuring you provide a detailed explanation of why 2FA cannot be completed either via a smartphone/android or browser extension.
Returning account holders - if you know your existing login details (username and password) but no longer have access to the original authentication app (due to change or loss of device) and need to reset 2FA please submit a request with your details so we can send you a temporary access code.
